When incidents occur you need good tools for handling them. From Stix your busines can get tools for incident registration, tracking and logging. Equally well suited for planned and unscheduled events.
The user interface makes it easy to register new incidens and start to log observations and actions. Multiple people can work and contribute to the same incident.
An incident can be tied to a geographic location and this area can then be used for creating alerts.
All actions and observations will be tracked in the incident log, and alerts created as part of the incident will be directly linked.
